If you are nervous or selfconcious in the gym, Alexia will help you feel completely at home and walk you through each step and explain why each exercise is good for you and what you will benefit from it. If you're completely comfortable in the gym and looking to improve yourself in other ways one-on-one sessions will Alexia will be great for you. She will provide 100% of her attention on you, making sure you are tackling every exercise in the correct way so you can get the full benefit. Private training includes CORE classes, basic nutrition and monthly assessments.
