Work one-on-one with Carolyn for a 6 month plan. She will help you learn the best diet for you and your lifestyle. This 6 month plan includes two 60 minute session for the first 2 weeks and and 13- 30 minute seesion through the remainder of the plan.
9 Month Plan
Keep your nutrition in check with full support from Carolyn for a full 9 months! This plan includes two 60 minute sessions for the first 2 weeks and 20- 30 minute session throughout the remainder of the plan.
12 Month Plan
You can't go wrong with a 12 month plan. This plan also incudes two 60 minute session for the first two weeks and 26- 30 minute sessions through the remainder of the plan.

Carolyn Quijano is a Registered Dietitian with a diverse background in nutrition counseling and education. She has counseled clients with varying chronic diseases, athletic aspirations, food allergies, and those who want to lose weight or just simply ‘be healthy.’ Carolyn graduated from Loma Linda University with Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Science degree in Nutrition. Loma Linda is a small town in Southern California popularly known for being a “Blue Zone” which means a large gathering of centenarians.
Carolyn's passion for nutrition comes from her belief that healthy eating is one of the most vital components to a balanced life. She hopes to guide her clients towards their dietary goals through educating, counseling, and assisting in goal making. Her objective is to find what works best for you.
Her counseling will have a foundation of science-based research while promoting plant-based eating. Nutrition-related books that she finds valuable include The Omnivore’s Dilemma, Intuitive Eating, The End of Overeating, and The Blue Zones.
